About Skooba
Skooba Design specializes in laptop bags and related “tech-travel” carrying cases and accessories. We’re best known for our award-winning Skooba-branded products, but we also design and manufacture specialized cases and other products for private label and OEM projects. We have had the privilege of working for Fortune 500/100 companies as well as many smaller businesses, all of whom we think would have good things to say about us.
Skooba Design is located in Rochester, NY, where it’s always but not usually sunny and warm.
About our blog
Unlike so many “corporate” blogs, the main purpose of this forum is not to sell you stuff. Sure, we’ll post the occasional self-serving comments like new product announcements and other company news that we hope will be of interest. But what we really hope to do is provide interesting and entertaining content on a wide variety of topics.
Our favorite things to talk about (besides bags) are travel, technology, business, customer service stories, and design. But we’re sure there will be much more.
Contributors are people from all areas of our business, including product designers, graphic artists, office and operations staff, our CEO and perhaps some surprise guests.
